  • Do you offer gift cards?

    Yes, we offer gift cards! Just swing by and pick one up. They can be redeemed for anything that Happy’s has to offer!

  • Is there an admission charge for your facility?

    Nope! We believe in the “pay as you go” philosophy. Think of it as a buffet where you only pay for what you want—no cover charge to crash the party!

  • Is Happy’s an all ages space?

    You bet! Everyone from the kiddos to the classics can find something to love. Bring the whole crew; we’ve got fun for every generation!

  • Do you have a dress code?

    No dress code here! Roll in wearing your favorite golf shirt or that ‘lucky’ racing cap – just keep it family friendly. We are all about comfort and good vibes!

  • Do you allow outside food and beverages?

    Nope! Outside food and drinks are a no-go, but we do make an exception for pre-booked parties in our party room. You can bring your own celebratory dessert – because what’s a party without cake? Just leave the picnic baskets at home!

  • Can I just come and hangout without golfing or racing?

    Of course! We are more than just a place for honing your swing. We’re a full-service restaurant and entertainment spot, so you’re welcome to drop in for some food, drinks or to catch the game – even if you are not golfing or racing. No tee time required to enjoy the good times!

  • Is there parking?

    Yes, we have plenty of parking! Just a heads-up: please don’t park on Kapelus Drive – trust us, the towing squad is not as friendly as we are!

  • Do I need to sign a waiver?

    Yes, but only the speed demons working on their racing skills need to sign a waiver. If you are just here for the golf, food, drink or to chill, you are good to go – no paperwork required.

  • Do I need to make a reservation?

    For those who like to plan ahead, you sure do! But if you are feeling spontaneous, walk in guests are always welcome. Just keep in mind, we can’t guarantee a simulator will be available, and we really hate disappointing our guests. So if you want to dodge any letdowns, a reservation for the simulators is the way to go. Our bar and lounge operate on a first come, first serve basis – no reservations here!

  • How do booking times work and can they be changed?

    Pick a time that suits you and we’ll hold your spot. Book enough time upfront to get the full experience – trust us, nothing is worse than being mid-birdie and hearing the buzzer. Want to stay longer? We’ll do our best to make it happen, but can’t promise we won’t have a line. And remember, if you need to bail, give us at least 24 hours notice or your credit card gets a “we missed you” charge.

  • Do I need to prepay for my reservation?

    Nope! We won’t take a cent upfront. Your credit card info is just there to make sure you don’t ghost us. If you’re a no-show or cancel within 24 hours, we’ll charge a “we missed you” fee. Otherwise show up, swing or drive away, and pay when the fun’s done.

  • If I’m running late, how long will you hold my simulator reservation for?

    Your game time starts right when your reservation begins, so try to show up a little early. If you’re running late, we’ll deduct that time from your play. After 15 minutes, your simulator will be released to avoid it feeling neglected. So don’t be a slowpoke – get here on time!

  • Can I book a party or private event at Happy’s?

    Absolutely! Whether you’re herding the office squad for team-building, planning the ultimate birthday bash, or getting the crew together to dodge awkward Christmas party small talk, we’ve got you covered. Need a couple sims? Done. Want the whole place to yourselves? We can make that happen too. Bring us your ideas and we’ll tailor the perfect experience – no boring events allowed. GOLF & MULTISPORT SIMULATOR FAQ

  • Are minors allowed to play?

    We love kids! In fact, we encourage getting little ones swinging into the game of golf from an early age, and we even have child sized club rentals for those future pros! Just remember, minors must be accompanied by an adult in the simulator bay at all times – because nothing says “fun family outing” like a little supervision!

  • Can I bring my own clubs?

    You bet! We encourage you to bring your own clubs – show off your favorite sticks! Just one thing: make sure those clubs are clean, because nobody wants to be that person with the muddy driver.

  • What if I’m a lefty?

    No problem! Our simulators are fully equipped to handle both righties and lefties so you can play your round without a hitch – even if you are going head-to-head with a right-handed buddy. Swing away and let the good times roll!

  • How long should I book for?

    Depends on how long you want to keep pretending you’re on the PGA Tour. A good rule of thumb? Book an hour per person for a round of 18 holes. But if you’re the kind to savor every swing, maybe tack on some extra time

  • Do I need to wear specific shoes?

    Nope! As long as you are wearing shoes, you are good to go. No need for fancy golf shoes or cleats – just come in whatever kicks you’re comfortable in.

  • How many people can play in one simulator bay?

    If you’re golfing, we recommend keeping it up to 4 players for a smoother experience, but each bay can fit 6 comfortably, whether they’re playing or just cheering you on! We know kids are half the size of an adult, but they still count as 1, so if you are feeling adventurous and want to squeeze in a couple extra and make it 6, go for it!  Just be sure to give yourselves some extra time – you don’t want to be that group still swinging when the next one shows up.

  • Why does my hour booking only last 55 minutes?

    Ah, the classic “time flies when you’re having fun” dilemma! You’re booking for an hour, but we give you 55 minutes of playtime. This way you have a few extra minutes to gather your stuff and gracefully exit before the next crew shows up. It’s all about keeping the good vibes flowing and avoiding the awkward game of musical chairs.

RACE SIMULATOR FAQ

  • Is there an age, height or weight restriction?

    We’re all about inclusion here! Drivers need to be at least 12 years old to hit that track, as for height and weight, as long as you can comfortably fit in the seat and reach the pedals, you are good to go!

  • Is it dangerous? Do I need to sign a waiver before Sim Racing?

    Every thrill ride has its risk! While sim racing is generally low-risk, you’ll need to sign a waiver – because who doesn’t love a little paperwork with their adrenaline? The steering wheels do have a bit of a kickback, which might cause some minor bumps and bruises, so brace yourself for that thrill! But hey, that’s just part of the ride – no pain, no gain, right?

  • Can I race against my friends?

    Absolutely! We’ve got four racing simulators that can connect, so you and your friends can go wheel-to-wheel and settle those friendly rivalries once and for all. Get ready for some epic showdowns – may the best racer win!
