We recommend planning 60 minutes per person to complete an 18-hole golfing experience. Actual duration may vary based n player ability, pace of play, course selection, and the format you choose (stroke, play, scramble, etc.).

Happy’s operates on a dynamic pricing model. Rates are listed per hour, per bay (not per person). Prices do not include tax. Bills can be split among multiple guests for convenience.

Should I bring my own clubs?
Yes, you are encouraged to bring your own clubs. If needed, we have rental clubs available at Happy’s. Please ensure your club faces are clean to maintain optimal simulator performance.

Why does my booking end 5 minutes early?
All reservations conclude 5 minutes before the scheduled end time. This brief transition period allows our staff to resets the bay, assist the next guest, and ensure an on-time start for all bookings.

How can I book a simulator at Happy's?
Booking is quick and convenient. You can reserve your simulator in any of the following ways; Online: Use our booking platform to select your bay, date, and time. By Phone: Call our team during business hours, and we will book your simulator for you. In Person: Walk in, and our staff will assist you with available times. For the best availability, especially evenings, weekends, and group events, we recommend booking ahead.

What happens if I arrive late?
Reservations begin and end at the scheduled time. Late arrival reduces your playing time unless an extension is available due to open space.

What footwear can I wear at Happy's?
Guests may wear clean, indoor footwear while using our simulators. Golf shoes without metal spikes are permitted. Running shoes or casual indoor shoes are perfectly acceptable. No metal spikes, outdoor boots, or muddy footwear is allowed as they can damage the turf and playing surface. If you arrive in winter boots or outdoor shoes, please bring a clean pair to change into before entering the bays.
